Leaderboard: Football
The leaderboard is where you see how you stack up against other Managers. There are two ways to rank: the tournament leaderboard for each round, and the Picks Skill Rating ladder that runs across the whole competition.
Tournament leaderboard
Every tournament has its own leaderboard. It ranks players by how they perform in that round, and it is what your rewards are based on. Top finishers per position earn a share of the prize pool.

Picks Skill Rating ladder
Picks has its own ongoing ladder built on Skill Rating (SR). Each tournament, your Picks score is compared to your division average: score above it and your SR goes up, below it and it goes down. When two Managers are level, the higher SR ranks first.
Everyone starts in Bronze and climbs through Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Elite as their Skill Rating rises.

Leagues and Head to Heads
On top of the main leaderboards, you can set up your own private competitions with friends. A League ranks a group over a run of tournaments, and a Head to Head is a 1v1 challenge over a single tournament. Both are scored on your Picks score.
