Currencies
Sport.fun runs on three currencies, each with its own role. Gold is what you play with, Tournament Points are what you earn in Pro, and $FUN is the token that unlocks extra perks. Here's what each one does.
Gold
Gold is the currency you play with. You use it to sign and release player shares in both Free to Play and Pro. In Free to Play it's the only currency: you start with a free grant, and tournament rewards pay out in Gold. In Pro, Gold is backed 1:1 by USDC, which you deposit into your in-game wallet to get started.
Tournament Points (Pro)
Tournament Points (TP) are the reward currency in Pro. You earn them by finishing well in Pro tournaments and spend them on Player Packs to grow your squad. Free to Play doesn't use TP, its rewards pay out in Gold.
$FUN (Pro)
$FUN is the ecosystem token, a Pro feature. You don't need it to play, but holding it in your in-game wallet unlocks perks like fee rebates and bonus TP.
